The beauty of yoga, of Eastern spirituality, it seems to me is that ability to stay in the present moment. What I love about it is that it doesn’t interfere at all with any belief, rather it supports it.
Yes! This ran through my mind while I was napping with my six year old nephew. He did not ask this question, but his innocence and separation from the adult reality really just struck me. Thank you for your kind support and words.
